An application for Listed Building Consent has recently been submitted to carry out external lime washing and internal refurbishment of this important Grade II* listed late-medieval almshouse. The application includes a Planning proposal to remove an unsightly flat roof structure to the rear elevation and replace it with a mono-pitch roof with natural slate coverings.
